A monkey, butterfly and skeleton.

Pumpkin carving was a hit - well, with two out of the three kids. 

Eli and I took pumpkin carving to a new level. The drill was so great for him. 

Gavin wanted nothing to do with the pumpkin carving for the most part, but then dictated his requests to Chris, so he did wind up with a very mathematically shaped pumpkin.

Chelsea did a cat pumpkin all on her own.

Eli was super pumped about his project, but note to self - this pumpkin did not last nearly as long as the others. It was shrivelled and moldy and collapsed days before Halloween (but still not as bad as last year!)

Pumpkin carving and scooping guts? No thank you, says this little man.

And of course, we had fun with costumes this year. The cutest little monkey you ever did see.

We had so much fun this year. We were only out for about an hour, and then the kids wanted to come home and hand out candy. Fine by me - it was cold out there!
